As the Principal, I, Kristan Northcutt, am truly passionate about our unique learning environment and the incredible community we have built here.  The Montessori method of teaching & learning is research- based with a focus on stages of development. Montessori has been present for over 100 years which is highly effective and respected worldwide.  

At River's Edge Montessori, we offer an authentic Montessori public program for children aged 3-12. Our mission is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and grow. We believe in the power of Montessori education to inspire a lifelong love of learning and foster independent, creative thinkers.

This quote perfectly captures our approach – we aim to guide our scholars toward independence, allowing them to explore their interests and develop their unique abilities.
