Notice of an Emergency School Board Meeting

In accordance with Section 3313.16 and 121.22 (F) of the Ohio Revised Code and File: BD of the Handbook of Policies, Rules & Regulations of the Board: Notice is hereby given that the Dayton Public School District Board of Education will hold an emergency board meeting on Thursday April 26, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. at the Board room located at 115 S. Ludlow Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to discuss new information about the OHSAA court case involving Dunbar High School. The meeting will include an executive session to:

1. consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee; and
2. Confer with an attorney for the school board concerning disputes involving the school board that are the subject of pending court action.

The media is being advised of this meeting in compliance with the Ohio Sunshine Law.
