WHO:    Dayton Public Schools Wellness Committee           
               Dayton Public Schools Foundation
               Runners and walkers of all ages

WHAT:   The DPS 5K Run/Walk is an afternoon of healthy exercise and friendly competition. Young runners can enjoy a short race around the track, while adults will follow a scenic route in the community.

WHEN:   Children run at 2 p.m.
                Adults run at 2:30 p.m.    
                Saturday, May 13, 2017

WHERE:  Welcome Stadium
                   1601 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

INFO:     The 5K Run/Walk is a fundraiser for the Dayton Public Schools Foundation. The foundation works to provide an enriching educational experience for students. Participants should come early and stay late to visit the Wellness Expo and find out who wins some zany awards and great prizes. Sign up in advance at www.speedy-feet.com. The entry fee is $20 before the event or $25 on the day of the event. Children 12 and under register for free. Early registrants will get a t-shirt. T-shirts on event day while supplies last.
